Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, we want you to know we value you and that's why there's absolutely no 'fine print'! Boerandfitch.com offers flat shipping Charge of Rs.50 irrespective of your Order Size.

When you order from our website, we will ensure that your Order gets dispatched within 3 days and gets delivered within 6 to 9 business days thereon. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility. 

Returns Policy

Boerandfitch.com's 30 Day Returns Policy "No Questions Asked Return Policy!" Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund.The refund will be in the form of E-Voucher. We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on + 91 7200 – 060606 within a period of 30 days, from the date of receipt.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!

• Please note that "boerandfitch.com's 30 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Fragrances, Statues and some specific products.

• Some special rules for promotional offers may override "boerandfitch.com's 30 Day Returns Policy." 

Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

1. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded through a boerandfitch.com voucher.

2. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse and an E Voucher will be Issued. 

Do you allow exchanges?

Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on boerandfitch.com
